In addition, both of the pensions run by Cheomsongdae House of ideal for groups that are traveling to visit the many tourist attractions in the city. Both Gyeongju Pensions are close to Gyeongju Bus Station (경주고속버스터미널/ 경주시외버스터미널), just a 10-minute walk, and are right in the middle of the city’s most beautiful historical monuments.
There are many places that can accommodate large groups of foreigners in big cities, such as Seoul. However, there are no other Gyeongju pensions that have English operations. We would like to continue to grow our operations of group pensions here in Gyeongju. There are plans to open Cheomseongdae House around various tourist attractions such as Bulguksa Temple and Gyeongju World in the future.
As many foreign tourists are visiting the city during their post-pandemic travels, we would like to provide a welcoming atmosphere for them. Only a 10-minute walk from Gyeongju Terminal, Sun Park 303 Cheomseongdae House is an extremely convenient pension option. The place can host up to 16 people in total. There are three bedrooms, with 4 beds, two bathrooms, and a large living space with floor sleeping space for around 15 people.
Additionally, the place comes with a stocked kitchen so that you can prepare group meals on-site. Plus, if requested, you can visit Cheomseongdae House’s other property nearby that has a barbeque area.
While the price of Cheomseongdae House’s Sun Park 303 pension changes according to season, it is generally 380,000 – 450,000 KRW per night to rent the entire place.

Cheomseongdae House Pension
Cheomseongdae House Pension has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 26 people. Three of the rooms are stocked with bunkbeds, one has three single beds, another has two single beds, and finally, one room is private, with one large bed.
There are also two main living areas, plus an outdoor patio area.
The patio has a barbeque, kitchenette, and a large refrigerator that is perfect for preparing meals for large groups. During the summer, an inflatable pool can also be set up on the patio. It is the perfect place to escape the heat and enjoy summer to the fullest.
Although the price varies seasonally, the price of renting the entire house is 450,000 to 550,000 KRW per night.
