I was invited to visit Reblocell’s studio, an innovative skincare brand based in Incheon. Reblocell’s motto is,” To Look Younger For Much Longer”. Which is a leading concern that many of us share. Reblocell utilizes forty years of research and development into EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor), combined with preservative free ingredients, to produce their line of skincare products.
What is EGF?
Upon arrival, I met with a staff member who explained the history and process of the Reblocell skincare line. What sets this line apart is the use of EGF. EGF stands for Epidermal Growth Factor. It is a protein found in the human body that plays a significant role in skin regeneration.
EGF is a signal protein that sends messages throughout the human body. These messages are received by skin cells. As a result, new skin cells are generated. These new skin cells are responsible for repairing any damage to the skin.
After the age of twenty, the amount of EGF naturally produced begins to drastically decrease. Over time, we begin to see fine lines and problems with pigmentation and elasticity. Plus a natural unevenness in skin tone. With each passing year, these problems only increase.
Reblocell draws upon decades of research and the latest breakthroughs in bio-cosmetics to allow us to reintroduce EGF directly into our skin. Reblocell is one of the very first brands to make liquidated EGF identical to the human body. EGF found in Reblocell skincare products are not derived from other life-sources. This makes them completely compatible with human skin. Meaning that they cause absolutely no irritation.
Aesthetic therapy session and microneedling
After the informational meeting ended, Reblocell’s staff drove me to the Reblocell spa for an aesthetic therapy treatment. I met with a staff member who explained the process. First, they told me that the treatment would last approximately an hour and a half. Then the staff showed me into a private room, and instructed me to change into a covering gown.
The aesthetician began the treatment. It was amazing! After cleansing my face and applying a booster spray, the microneedling procedure began. I have always been interested in this procedure, but was nervous to try it. The idea of having forty-nine needles, even tiny ones, penetrating the skin on my face sounded scary. However, once the procedure began,it was painless. I found it relaxing.
Microneedling is effective in skin regeneration. It promotes wrinkle improvement and aids skin elasticity. The Reblocell Needle Shot is 1/3 the thickness of a hair follicle and causes little pain. During the procedure, the needles deliver EGF from Blossom Ampoule directly into the skin. This regenerates cells in the skin and makes the cells healthier and firmer.
Additionally, my session included the application of a Blossom Mask. It promotes skin elasticity regeneration. Next they applied Blossom Serum, which aids skin texture and hydration. And finally, they massaged the Blossom Cream in to my face to improve damaged skin. After the procedure, my skin felt incredibly soft and supple. I had just a tiny bit of redness, but it quickly faded. I had a pleasing experience, and the look and feel of my skin afterwards was amazing!
Reblocell Gift Edition
They gave me a Reblocell Gift Edition set to try at home. During my visit, I staff showed me photographs of clients demonstrating the improvements in their skin after using the products. I was excited to try the products, and experience the improvements for myself.
One of the most distinctive features of the Reblocell skincare line is the fact that it is preservative free and sterile. EGF is vulnerable to chemicals, and deteriorates at room temperature. Reblocell’s research team has developed a technology that allows EGF to remain stable at room temperature.
Which is more difficult than you might think. Normally companies would just add preservatives to their products.However, human-derived proteins deteriorate when preservatives are used. And so, preservatives are not added to Rebocell’s ampoules and mask packs. In fact, their products also do not contain harmful chemical additives. Additionally, this also ensures that the products are non-irritating to the skin or human body.
Blossom Foam
Blossom Foam is a highly active EGF that helps restore aging skin. It contains low-temperature aged natural oil and 10 kinds of herbal extracts. All of which make sensitive and aging skin elastic and healthy.
Blossom Booster
Blossom Booster is a GF Booster that calms sensitive skin and helps absorb the next steps of the skincare routine. It cleans pores and sterilizes the skin.
Blossom Ampoule
The Blossom Ampoule is a sterile, preservative-free total anti-aging ampoule. It helps creates elastic, healthy skin. It Safely gets EGF and FGF to he skin and helps rebuild natural skin strength.
Blossom Masks
Their masks are special anti-aging facial masks focused on skin regeneration. Blossom masks are made from natural material with fibers extracted from coconuts. The masks are safe and sterile, preservative-free products. They contain highly active EGF which restores aging skin and increases elasticity.
Blossom Serum
This product is a EGF solution serum that increases skin’s nutrition and moisture retention. It contains highly active EGF. Additionally, the product has undergone a fermentation process using natural ingredients. Including beta-glucan, which helps strengthen immunity and increase the skin’s natural strength.
Blossom Cream
Blossom Cream moisturizes the skin and blocks external irritation at the same time. It mproves damaged skin, and moisturizes it from the inside out. As a result, it is suitable for sensitive and dry skin.
Applicator Cream Spoon
Reblocell’s Applicator Cream Spoon is used to apply the Blossom Cream. Using an applicator reduces cross-contamination. Thus it ensures the product remains sterile and lasts as long as possible.
My favorites among all of their products are the Blossom Serum and the Blossom Foam. My skin drinks in the serum, and my face feels so soft after application. The foam provides a gentle cleansing, and has a wonderful citrus scent.
The products sound great, but do they work?
After using Reblocell products twice daily for a week, I have definitely noticed improvements in my skin. There is a noticeable difference in the texture and clarity of my skin. My skin is softer, and the skin tone is much more even. Also, I have seen here a minor reduction in fine lines.
However, one of the most noticeable improvements – and the most unexpected, has been the reduction in the dark circles under my eyes. I have fair skin. Thus, I almost always have purple circles under my eyes. No amount of concealer ever seems to hide this problem. But, I began to notice the difference only after five days of use. My dark circles are not completely gone. But they are much lighter than they were before.
Overall, I am very impressed with Reblocell’s products, and with the results I have seen in my skin. I look forward to seeing what the results will be after several more weeks of use.
Meeting the staff at Reblocell was very enjoyable. Learning about their products was an interesting experience. I learned a great deal about skincare. After visiting Reblocell, I have a much better understanding of the science behind skincare products and EGF. I definitely want “to look younger for much longer,” and Reblocell has given me the knowledge and tools to do so.
