Twice Filming Locations – Part II

To celebrate Twice’s comeback I, as a fan, decided to share some research that I did some time ago about the filming locations of some of the most famous music videos of the group. So if you are a Once like me, I hope you enjoy these places as much as I did (at least the ones that I was able to get in), and if you are a casual listener looking for some k-pop self-tour, here is the list.

Note: this is the second and last part of my list, check out the first part by Clicking Here.

Signal

Most of the “Signal” music video was filmed at the container complex called Platform Changdong 61. This place is a 3-story complex built in 2016 and in the music video, you can see it is very colorful. Unfortunately, the place closed as an entertainment center, but the containers are still there. The address is 1-9 Chang-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul.

The outdoor shoots were filmed at Jeju Geum Oreum, a beautiful park with many hiking trails and nature. The address is 산1-1 Geumak-ri, Hallim-eub, Jeju-si, Jeju-do.

More & More

For the music video “More & More”, all the outdoor scenes were filmed once again in Jeju, in the region of Utbam. This place is a big green field with a lake, which is possible to recognize being the location of the platform in which the girls dance towards the end of the music video. Starting from minute 3:25, Jeju’s location can be seen throughout the video. The address is as follows: 제주특별자치도 제주시 조천읍 선흘리 산 84.

Alcohol-Free

“Alcohol-Free” is the final music video on the list that was filmed in Jeju. This time, many places were featured, and to begin with, we have The Cliff (더클리프), a cafe and beach pub located at the address 154-17 Jungmungwangwang-ro, 특별자치도, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do. At the beginning of the music video, you can see the group dancing on one of the beach view patios of the place.

The second featured location is where the girls had some solo shoots at the beach, which name is 중문색달해수욕장.

Some of the indoor scenes, like the ones where Chaeyoung, Jeongyeon, and Dahyun are playing around with props and drinks, are filmed in a restaurant called Oldie Cloud. This restaurant serves Latin American food and on their Instagram, they even posted clips where the restaurant served as background.

Talk That Talk

The last music video on the list, “Talk That Talk” mixes real locations with filming sets. The scenes where Jeongyeon is in a canyon-like structure; Jihyo is among trees; and the girl in the red dune-like sculptures are all filmed at the Discovery Naturescape exhibition/theme park. To the surprise of the fans, this music video was not entirely set-made, so you can check out the location for yourself at 경기 화성시 동탄대로5길 21 라크몽 4~5층. On their Instagram, you can even find videos of all the members during the filming day.

Other Music Videos

The music videos that I did not mention, either were fully recorded on sets, or abroad. Some honorable mentions go to “Dance The Night Way” filmed on a beautiful beach in Japan, and “Likey” filmed on the streets of Canada.
