2. Nipong Naepong (니뽕내뽕)
Isn’t the name so adorable? Haha. The name actually takes after the words “you and I” and “Jjampong – Korean Chinese dish”, meaning Jjampong that you and I share.
You might feel weird why it talks about Jjampong but not pasta. In fact, Nipong Naepong serves Jjampong-style pasta which uses the Jjampong noodles and pasta-style sauces! I thought the combination would be weird, not after I tasted their Ro Ppong(basically a Rose pasta). Ro-ppong and Keu-Ppong(cream pasta) are their best menu. The prices are slightly higher, 8500 won and 9200 won respectively. They also have other pasta dishes with costs starting from 6900 won, each of which tastes uniquely good.
Another main menu of Nipong Naepong is pizza, since the restaurant itself tag “Fusion Jjampong and Pizza”. They serve corn cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, sweet potato pizza and spinach pizza. All with thin crust dough and 99% natural cheese and some with special dipping sauce!
#Nipong Naepong has branches in Singapore and United States.
