South Gyeongsang Province
South Gyeongsang province is known for temples, cherry blossoms, green tea and literature.
Located in the southeastern part of Korea, Gyeongsangnam-do(South Gyeongsang Province) is home to some of Korea’s major historical and cultural assets, including one of Korea’s greatest treasures, Tripitaka Koreana. The province is also made up with many great coastal cities and smaller towns. There is a multitude of things to see and do in Gyeongsangnam-do including the famous Gyeongnam art museum and Goseong dinosaur world expo. 2 of the 7 White heron habitats are located in Gyeongsangnam-do.
