Sangsudong is rising as a new hip place. It is located next to the famous Hongdae and Hapjeong. Quite hidden, it is not known by many.

Have you ever tried Ddeokbokki? well this one is quite different. It is an upgraded version of the korean popular snack. Variants include melting cheese, chicken or friend octopus.

How about brunch~
This brunch place transports you in its garden with all its greenery. On your plate, omelets, salads, sour dough and sour cream. They also have a delicious ragout with its puree, highly recommend.

Where to have coffee in Sangsu?
Cafe mignon
You can not miss it! Located on the main street of sangsu, it catches the eyes of everyone with its cute tarts.
They have sweet tarts as well as quiches, which makes choosing even harder.
My favorite remains the classic Cheesetart -drools- and the chocolate one~
La pause
To my vegans in Seoul, this cafe is the perfect choice. They have a selection of freshly baked vegan deserts.
When i first tried their cakes i was surprised that it was vegan, it tasted better than any cake i ever had (the strawberry cake pictured).
Make sure to check out their instagram to know in advance the desserts of the day.
How to get there: Sangsu station is a subway station on Seoul Subway Line 6. Exit 1 Or from Hapjeong station exit 5 turn on the right in the small streets and youโll be there.
