Ttukseom Hangang Park is one of the many public parks in Seoul that offers great view of the Hangang River. It provides various amenities that visitors from all walks of life could definitely enjoy. The park is open all year-round but a lot of locals go there to spend their weekend with family and loved ones. Here are some of the fun and chill things that you could do at the park.

Rent and Ride a Bicycle
One of the usual things that people do when visiting public parks in Korea is to rent and ride a bicycle. The bicycle rental costs 3,000 KRW for the first hour and 500 KRW for every additional 15 minutes. There are also bicycles for couples and kids.
Play Sports and Exercise
If you are into sports or you just want to exercise your body, this park is also the best place to go as it various amenities and sport facilities. It include soccer field, basketball court, tennis court, badminton court, football field, physical fitness center and gate ball field. On top of that, you can also try experiencing a wall climbing.

Furthermore, this park is also famous among locals especially during summer because of its pool facility. There are also pool section for kids Indeed, Ttukseom Hangang Park is for people of all ages.

Another thing that you can anticipate at this park is the Ttukseom Flea Market. This initiative started in 2003 and is one of the activities in the park that brings a lot of visitors. It usually runs from April to October, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is where locals sell the things that they don’t need anymore at affordable price.

Visit Jabeolle (J-Bug)
A notable figure in the park is the Jabeolle or J-Bug. It is an exquisite cultural complex that offers art and rest facilities with a stunning view of the Hangang River. There is a coffee shop, tea house, gift shop, reading space, event hall as well as media art exhibitions inside the J-Bug.
Ride a Duck Boat
Another way to chill at Ttukseom Hangang Park is to rent and ride a duck boar while traversing the river. The Pedal Duck Boat costs 18,000 KRW while the Motor Duck Boat costs 25,000 KRW for 30 minutes. The maximum number of passengers per boat is three.
Enjoy a Hot Ramyeon
At the docking are of duck boat rental, there is a convenience store where you can buy your snacks. A famous among locals is the ramyeon which you can cook by using a specialized machine made for ramyeon. You just have to buy the ramyeon from the convenience store and pair it with other ingredients such as egg, sausage or cheese.

And lastly, you can hunt the filming locations of Korean dramas such as The Liar and His Lover (2017) and Rooftop Prince (2012).

By Subway: Take Seoul Subway Line 7 and get off at Ttukseom Resort Station, Exit 2 or 3.
By Bus: Take Bus No. 2014 and get off at Noyu Nadeulmok Bus Stop. Or take Bus No. 2221, 2222, 2223 or 2415 , and get off at Jayang Yukgammun Bus Stop.
