Canโt go to a coffee shop? no problem, improvise. Korea has seen a rise in sales for Coffee-related appliances such as espresso machines, coffee makers, and coffee bean grinders grew 74.5%, and capsule-type coffee sold 25%.
You can do it too! there are plenty of videos on youtube to train on making coffee, latte art and become a coffee connoisseur.
Dalgona Coffee
The coffee whose popularity went beyond Korea. In this regard, Dalgona is a drink that is completed by adding hot water to coffee powder and sugar and stirring it hundreds of times. This name was given because it was similar to the taste and color of the Dalgona. It emerged as a challenge among the free indoor life and became popular, and it appeared as a coffee shop menu.
The process is quite tiring but worth it!
Baking
Koreans have been trying to bake more at home. The latest trends count Banana bread and Croffle (croissant + waffle). Both will compliment perfectly your Dalgona drink!
