Plus Size Clothing for Women in South Korea

Moving to Korea? Worried about finding trendy clothes in your size? I got you. Take a look through some of my own personal recommendation of the best plus size clothing in Korea!

OKIRO

OKIRO specialises in casual wear for plus size ladies. It’s an easy to browse online store, where you can purchase everything from sweaters to pants to matching accessories! Furthermore, OKIRO has a wide range of different styles, so you’re almost guaranteed to find an outfit for you.

The website is in Korean only, but still relatively easy to use, especially with a browser translator plugin.

JStyle

JStyle is definitely one of the best plus size clothing stores for women in Korea! Not only do they market trendy outifts, but they hire real plus size models for an accurate depiction of how the clothes fit. What I love most about JStyle is that its super easy to use, especially for foreigners. As well as being able to pay through all of the major Korean payment methods, you can use international cards and bank transfer too.

BLACK THE FIT

If you love wearing dresses and skirts, then this is the shop for you. BLACK THE FIT is the no.1 site you can count on to be always on trend. Furthermore, you’ll also be able to find unique items and express yourself, rather than wear what everyone else is wearing.

While dresses are their specialty, they have all types of clothing!

09WOMEN and HOTPING

These stores may not appear to sell plus size clothing, but if you search them you’ll find out they actually do! I’ve paired them together, simply because they do not have plus size models, unlike the other brands. Just take a look at their size charts before you buy, and you can find plus size options.

Additionally, HOTPING has offline stores, so you can try your clothes on before you buy. It is a well-known store for plus size ladies in Korea.

ROMISTORY

Just like 09WOMEN AND HOTPING, you can browse this site by item and then look for the plus sizes. At the end of each item description, there is a chart named “Real Talking”, with helpful details about each size so that you can find the one that fits you best. ROMISTORY also has offline stores too !

Conclusion

It will always be easier to find plus size clothes in international stores than Korean, but with these brands, plus size gals can branch out into Korean style! Your size shouldn’t restrict you from the latest trends, and the same applies here in Korea. Happy shopping!
