SomedayRomance (썸데이로맨스)

Vacation Vibes

SomedayRomance is a pretty cafe with a restaurant on the rooftop. It is located on the 6^th floor of the Save Zone (세이브존) in Dunsan. This area has a lot of exotic places these days. The review on Naver is very positive for this cafe, almost everyone who came back from the cafe complimented it. The Save Zone is open until 9 pm but the cafe is open until 10 pm.

The outdoor balcony is spacious and there are photo zones everywhere. I felt like I traveled to a summer vacation hotspot in South East Asia when I came to SomedayRomance. The decorations were on point with all the signatures of a vacation spot. There were also warm blankets and a stove outside as well, ready for the cold winter ahead.

The cafe was very pretty and the vibe is undeniably good. It is pretty both in the night time and day time but in day time you will be able to see everything clearly. So, if you want to take good pictures, I would recommend taking them during the day.

Ordering System

It is a good brunch place. All orders will be made through the machine, there are no staff who will take your order. Also, it would be easier for foreigners since we don’t really need to communicate with the staff. It is a self-service type of coffee place so make sure to remember your order number to take your food or drinks, and then return them to the designated place.

Food and Drinks

The pasta, pizza, and drinks are all good. There are two types of coffee that will be served in the cafe, if you click on each item on the order menu, you will see the description of the coffee beans. Besides the coffee menu, they serve a lot of brunch dishes such as pasta, pizza, pilaf, risotto, etc. Normally, it will take around 10-20 minutes to prepare the food. However, it may take longer if there are a lot of people. Nothing is more healing than enjoying your scrumptious food while in the beautiful scenery.

Lolla

Perfect Location

This is a fairly new cafe in the Daechongho area. If you are familiar with Daejeon, you know that the Daechongho area is ideal for natural recreation, and it is perfect for taking pictures. There are also a lot of cafes here for you to choose.

This November, there is a new café shop called Lolla opened in this area. If you come down to Pangsion, you will see the big Lolla building at the crossroad. Even though it is new, it has received a lot of positive feedback from customers and Instagram lovers.

Design

The building is huge and very modern. It has 3 floors, so there is a lot of space for people. It follows a minimalist style of decoration with glass windows almost everywhere. The main color is white and black, bringing the focus to the magnificent scenery outside the winder.

From the inside, you can see the beautiful nature surrounding you. Because of that, almost everywhere inside the coffee shop is a photo zone for you to take breathtaking nature pictures.

When you enter the place, you can see a lot of artwork displaced everywhere. The interior is unique and there are a lot of things that are worth paying attention to. Even the cups and plates were almost too pretty and the counter was very neat.
