Korean drama Love Alarm is all about finding love in the city that never sleeps – Seoul. The two male leads, Jung Ga-ram (Lee Hye-young) and Song Kang (Hwang Sun-o) compete to win over Kim So-hyun (Kim Jojo)’s heart in a classic love triangle with a twist. In the futuristic world of Love Alarm, there is an app that can read your deepest feelings and will ring as you pass by the one you love. First on this list of Love Alarm filming locations is the lifestyle shop Broister. Kim Jo-jo passes by the shop after leaving her part-time job in episode 1. The shop is an indie brand, mostly selling items such as graphic tees, tote bags, and printed sandals. Many of their designs feature iconic Korean landmarks, such as Beakdusan and Seoul N Tower.

Another Love Alarm filming site in Seoul is the Choongang High School. It is one of the main settings of the series, appearing as the high school the main characters attend. Who can forget the iconic scene when the Love Alarm logo appeared in the sky. The school is an amazing spot to take pictures regardless of being a Love Alarm fan. The architecture is European style and in spring and summer, beautiful vines can be seen climbing up the walls.

Arguably the most famous Korean university among tourists is Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul. In episode 6 of Love Alarm, Kim Jo-jo and Lee Hye-young meet again on this campus after not having seen each other for four years. The campus has dozens of iconic spots that have not only been featured in Love Alarm but other popular K-Dramas as well.

The next on our list is Guuso, a BBQ restaurant where Kim Jo-jo and Lee Hye-young work as part-timers. Unfortunately, the BBQ permanently closed in 2022. However, you can still visit the icon building. It is now a restaurant called Correct Sushi, known for its salmon sushi and udon.

In the first episode of Love Alarm season 2, Hwang Sun-oh buys a bouquet of baby breaths for Yook-ji (Kim Si-eun) at How Any flowershop and cafe.
The romantic little cafe is located on the way to Choongang High School. So, while you’re on your way there you may as well buy a coffee and take some time to smell the roses.
The flower shop sells potted plants and succulents, bouquets, and postcards. Maybe someone back home rings your Love Alarm. Why not write them a love letter?

In the first episode of Love Alarm Season 1, Kim Jo-jo passes La Retro shop after her shift from her part-time job in Guuso.
La Retro is a vintage clothing and accessories store. They mostly sell second-hand designer goods from brands such as Channel and Seiko. The cute little building has a unique retro 1970s vibe that is perfect for taking selfies. Not sure if falling in love with clothes can ring your Love Alarm, but you’ll be sure to find out!

Love Alarm also filmed a scene at Lotte World after Kim Jojo and Hwang Sun-o’s ice-skating date.
Lotte World is a recreational space and theme park that offers a variety of attractions and recreational activities that both kids and adults can enjoy. Lotte World is divided into different areas including Lotte World Adventure, lakeside Magic Island, a shopping mall, a folk museum, an ice rink, a hotel, and so much more! There are so many people around, someone is bound to ring your Love Alarm!

Lastly, the climax of the series, when Hwang Sun-O and Kim Jo-jo finally confirm their mutual feelings, was filmed at the Gommaldari Bridge in Olympic Park.
The bridge itself is beautiful both day and night. Located in the pristine nature of Olympic Park, you can also see all of the lights in the city twinkling in the distance from this bridge. If the scenery doesn’t make you catch feels, I don’t know what will!
