Introduction
Have you heard of a place called Insadong in Seoul? Insadong is located in the heart of the Seoul city. It is a traditional street with old stores but the street is actually decorated in a modern way. It can be said as a place where modern and traditional meets and popular among locals especially young people. There are galleries, tea houses , restaurants and cafes at there which had become the favorite place of the locals.
I went there a few times and there was a time that I went there during Korean Thanksgiving Day. You can see locals and even some foreigners wearing Korean traditional clothes โHanbokโ and wandering around the neighborhood. The street is fully decorated with lights and you will be amazed to see them if you go there at night. Hawkers sell their street food along the streets and there are many kinds of stores so that you can buy anything that you want.
Anyoung Insadong
There is a shopping complex named โAnyoung Insadongโ. You will easily find the place as you walk to the center of the street. Anyoung Insadong is a cultural and entertainment shopping complex with numerous galleries, cafes, and shops. In the basement of the building, you can find some shops selling clothes and drinks like bubble tea. There is also a store where they sell accessories and cosmetics.
Once you go up to the first floor, there are also stores where you can shop around. It is literally like a shopping mall and you can enter any stores you like. I am sure you had seen photo zones before visiting Korea. This place also has some of them! This is the place where young people especially couples take their photos together. As they provide various kinds of cute stuff at the photo zones, you can take advantage of them to make your photos look better and cuter.
Restaurants and Cafes
There are various restaurants and cafes at this 6-story complex. Cafes are normally located on the highest floor. You can see people who spend their afternoon time at the cafes, chatting with friends and enjoying the view from the top floor. Actually it is also a great place for families to spend time since there are a lot of family activities available too!
Color Pool Museum
On the sixth floor (the top floor) of the complex, there will be Color Pool Museum. It has become one of the newest and instagrammable spots to young people. A lot of young people visit here to take pictures of them since it has interesting photo zones. Even if you are not interested in taking pictures, it is still a nice place for you to have fun.
Colour Pool museum is a museum that consisted of nine different colorful spaces(rooms) that are all unique in their own way.

In the first room, you will get to see a pink colored huge pool full of pink balls in it. There are some slides beside the pool and you can see kids having fun at the corner. Also, they have basketball sized balls in the pool so you can play basketball inside the pool too. Donโt forget to take some cool photos inside while enjoying.
The other rooms are basically all similar to the first one yet they just changed the room settings. There is also a room which is designed like a beach and you can have some sunbathing there. From time to time, they have some social media events that you can participate in by hashtagging the place. I believe that it is such a great place for kids since they can have a lot of fun there.
