Here are a few highlights of HASLLA Art World in Gangneung, Gangwon-do.
Admission
You can buy your tickets in advance online or directly at the counter. I bought my tickets at the counter, which was super easy. However, depending on when you come, you may have to queue for on-the-door tickets. Tickets were 24,000 per adult, although there were some specific discounts available. Although this may seem expensive, its definitely worth it once you see what is inside.
Instagram-worthy Photo Zones

There are several areas in this museum that would make stunning backdrops for Instagram photos. However, I recommend bringing a camera with you in case the lighting isnโt great during your visit.
1) Hanging Mirrors
The first thing you will see when you enter the exhibition hall is a wall filled with hanging mirrors. Already, you may have to queue to take pictures, as many people like to take photos of the stunning displayโฆ or take mirror selfies with their friends.
2) Vintage Wall

Once youโre finished with the hanging mirrors, head down the stairs and youโll see the vintage themed wall filled with elegant paintings. Youโll also see more mirrors, but this time with a vintage theme.
3) The Basement

The entire floor is a photo zone. There is a colourful flower wall with a rather haunting figure floating up highโฆ donโt worry, he wonโt be in your photo! There is also a cafe where you can relax and enjoy a beverage. Hold on to your entrance tickets for a 10% discount at the cafe!
Finally, if that wasnโt enough, the museum is located on a cliff overlooking the gorgeous turquoise sea of the Gangwon coast!
