One of the perks of traveling or living in Seoul is having the opportunity to visit several Korean drama filming locations all in one area or neighborhood. And sometimes, you just end up taking Instagram-worthy photos in one location not knowing that a certain Kdrama was filmed. Indeed, Seoul is a dream destination of those who love watching Korean shows. An example of this when I took photos in an overpass near Hanyang University that me and my friends passed by it sometime in Summer of 2018. Then 2 years later, I saw that familiar overpass in a Korean drama โ A Piece of Your Mind. It turns out that it is the Haengdang Skywalk.
Haengdang Skywalk

Haengdang Skywalk is pedestrian bridge which was opened to public in 2018, just a month before took tons of photos there with my friends.
The skywalk crosses Gosanja-ro 2-gil which links apartments in the aread to other establishments like shopping the Park Avenue.
Haengdang Skywalk appeared in the 1st episode of A Piece of Your Mind when Moon Ha-won (Jung Hae-in) walks across this bridge alone.

Location: 128-67 Haengdang-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea (์์ธํน๋ณ์ ์ฑ๋๊ตฌ ํ๋น๋ 128-67)
How to get there: Take Seoul Subway Line 2 (Green Line) and get off at Wangsimni Station Exit 6-1. Walk for about 10 minutes.
Park Avenue Enter-6
During the Spring season, walking from Haengdang Skywalk to Park Avenue gives you a chance to see cherry blossom trees in full bloom.
Park Avenue Enter-6ย is a shopping mall where you can find low to mid-range priced goods.
Most of the shops here also offer seasonal sale events.

I bought my winter coat from a shop there at 50% off and still using it up to this day.
Aside from a mini fountain inside the mall, it also has a Garden Avenue which is an open space where you can sit and just relax.

Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo of the mega hit 2016 Kdrama โDescendants of the Sunโ pass through this mall on their date in episode 13.

Location: 241 Wangsimni-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea (์์ธํน๋ณ์ ์ฑ๋๊ตฌ ์์ญ๋ฆฌ๋ก 241)
How to get there: Take Seoul Subway Line 2 (Green Line) and get off at Hanyang University Station, Exit 4.
Wangsimni Station
The Wangsimni Subway Station also appeared in Kdramas such as Catch the Ghost and Hospital Playlist.

Location: 300 Wangsimni-ro, Haengdang-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea (์์ธํน๋ณ์ ์ฑ๋๊ตฌ ์์ญ๋ฆฌ๋ก 300)
Seongdong Library
Aother nearby Kdrama filming location is the Seongdong Library. It apperead in the Kdrama โOne Spring Nightโ as the library where Lee Jung-in (Han Ji-min) works.

Location: 9 Gosanjaro 10-gil, Haengdang 1-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea(์์ธํน๋ณ์ ์ฑ๋๊ตฌ ๊ณ ์ฐ์๋ก10๊ธธ 9)
How to get there: Take Seoul Subway Line 2 or 5 and get off at Wangsimni Station, Exit 9. Walk for about 5 minutes.
Hanyang University (Seoul Campus)

From Haengdang-dong, you may also visit the nearby neighborhood of Sageun-dong. It has the Seoul campus of Hanyang University which appeared in the Korean drama โVIPโ.

Location: 222 Wangsimni-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea (์์ธํน๋ณ์ ์ฑ๋๊ตฌ ์์ญ๋ฆฌ๋ก 222)
How to get there: Take Seoul Subway Line 2 and get off at Hanyang University Station, Exit 2.
Sageun Yongdap Bridge

And lastly, this iconic bridge that appears multiple times in Goblin is the Sageun Yongdap Bridge. Sunny and Grim Reaperโs first encounter happened there in the episode 3. Then hey often meet up there in the following episodes 5, 6 and 13. This bridge is located just outside Yongdap subway station, exit 2 (Seoul Subway Line 2).

Location: 235-1 Sageun-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (์์ธ ์ฑ๋๊ตฌ ์ฌ๊ทผ๋ 235-1)
From here, you can also visit the neighborhood of Seongsu, the Brooklyn of Seoul, which is just few minutes away for more Kdrama filming locations and other adventures.
