The long awaited BTS Jimin Solo Album has finally been announced!
On March 22, Hybe announced not only the name and release date, but also the content that will be shared over the upcoming month, building up to the official release of the album.
Album Information
According to Hybe, Jimin’s first solo album will be called ‘Face’, and it will be sold from March 24.
Jimin will be the fourth BTS member to release his solo work after J-Hope, Jin, and RM. However, he released several tracks without the other BTS members before, including “Lie”, “Love Yourself: Her”, “Wings”, “Serendipity”, “With you”, or “Our Blues”. Most recently, he made an appearance in Taeyang’s single “Vibe”.
But What Will BTS Jimin Solo Album Be Focused on?
The concept of Jimin’s solo album will focus on introducing the story of Jimin, who fully faces himself and prepares for a new beginning as Jimin, the artist.

Very shortly after Hybe officially announced the release of Jimin’s new album, they also posted promotion schedule of the album. Long story short, fans have a lot to look forward to!

Album Pre-order Event
Hybe is doing 2 events for customers who preorder the album right now between February 22, 11 AM – February 23, 11:59 PM KST.
The official release and shipping is scheduled for March 24.
1. Customer Video Call Fansign Event
According to Weverse, this will be a 1 minute long call with Jimin. The raffle will have 70 winners, and anyone who purchased at least 1 album can enter.
Participants have to enter it by February 23, 11:59 AM KST. The winner will be announced on March 27 at 8 PM KST. The date of the call will be March 30, time is yet to be decided.
2. Autographed Poster Event
Just like in the first event, the participants have to sign up for the raffle by February 23, 11:59 PM. The number of people, who will win a poster signed by Jimin himself, is 150 lucky ARMYs.
The winner announcement will be made on April 3 at 6 PM KST.
