What is the most famous beach in Busan? You’re probably thinking of Haeundae or Gwangalli right? As an Eastern coast city, Busan is famous for its sunrises. Haeundae Beach even hosts its own annual New Year Sunrise Festival. Dadaepo is another beautiful Busan beach, but with a special secret. Right on the outhern-Eastern point of Korea, Dadaepo may just be the best beach in the country to catch the sunset. On a warm summer’s evening, head down to the sand with a picnic in toe; if the weather is cold, why not enjoy the sunset from the comfort of your Airbnb?
Dadaepo Stay

Dadaepo Stay is a recently launched Airbnb that overlooks the beautiful East Sea and Dadaepo Beach. A short walk from popular restaurants, boujie cafes and fun experiences like boat rides and fishing, Dadaepo Stay is the perfect accommodation for a weekend away in Busan.

The Airbnb is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with a spacious lounge and kitchen. During my recent visit, all bars, restaurants and cafes were closed by 9, due to Covid-19 regulations. Our comfortable Airbnb meant that my partner and I could enjoy delicious food and drink well past 9 o’clock — even with an ocean view!
Comfortable and Clean

The bedroom was clean and tidy on arrival, with the nice touch of aesthetic decorations. The en-suite bathroom exceeded our expectations. Having been used to a simple shower room back home, it felt luxurious to have a separate shower and bath tub. Additionally, the owner had equipped the bathroom with towels and toiletries, so we didn’t need to worry about forgetting anything.

Vacation Vibes

We arrived in the late evening, just in time to catch the stunning Dadaepo fountain light show. However, our room was even more beautiful and cozy in the morning light. Outside our window we had an ample view of the coastline, including both the beach and mountain. When you come back from a day out, the apartment glows a stunning orange with the sunset.
