Seokchon Lake Cherry Blossom Festivalย
First on this list of best places to see cherry blossoms in Seoul is the Seokchon Lake Cherry Blossom Festival. This cherry blossom festival usually takes place on the first to second week of April. Because of its location, it is a popular dating place of many locals during the spring season in Seoul. Since it is held around the lake surrounding the Lotte World so you can enjoy the rides and other amusement activities in Lotte World while being mesmerized by the cherry blossoms. Take Seoul Subway Line 2 or 8 and get off at Jamsil Station, exit 3. Or take Seoul Subway Line 8 and get off at Seokchon Station, exit 8. Then walk for about 200 meters.
Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival

Aside from Seokchon Lake Spring Festival, you can also visit the Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival in Seoul. This festival is one of the most popular Spring Festivals in the city where you can marvel at the beauty of spring flowers while taking a stroll along the Hangang River through a tunnel of cherry blossom trees. During the spring, cherry blossom trees filled the street behind the National Assembly Building. How to get there
Take Seoul Subway Line 9 and get off at National Assembly Station, exit 1/6. Then walk for about 6 minutes. Or take Seoul Subway Line 5 and get off at Yeouinaru Station, exit 2. Then walk for about 18 minutes.
Seoul Forest
Another best place to visit in Seoul during spring season is the Seoul Forest Park located the the neoghborhood of Seongsu-dong. I have said it many times and I will say it again โ if you want to take awesome photos with the cherry blossom trees, you better go to Seoul Forest. Compare to other spring festivals in Seoul, there are less people there especially if you come early to avoid the crowd. You can also have a have a picnic in the vast ground of the park.

Moreover, the there is a little fall that goes through a body of water inside the park which will definitely mesmerize you. With the right camera angle, your photos will surely look like a travel post card. - By Subway: Get off at Seoul Forest Station (Bundang Line), Exit 3.Walk for 5 min to Seoul Forest.
- By Bus: Ride any of the following bus with nos: (Blue Bus) 141, 145, 148, 410; (Green Bus) 2014, 2412, 2413, 2224, and get off at Seoul Forest station
Palaces

Royal palaces in Seoul is also a good place to see cherry blossom flowers during the spring season such as the Changgyeonggung Palace. From the entrance, you can already have a nice view of the spring flowers even at night. Learn more about it here.

By Bus:ย Ride any of the following: Blue Bus No. 100, 102, 104, 151, 171, 272, 301, 601 710 and Airport Bus No. 6011. Then get off at Changyeonggung Palace. Seoul University Hospital Bus Stop.
