‘Jeollabuk-do Financial City Promotion Committee’ and begins to act in a large scale in order to make Jeollabuk-do take off as a financial city managing a global asset.
The promotion committee is composed with the experts abundant in knowledge and experience at various areas such as the persons engaging in the financial world, governmental department, mass media, businesses, and academies as well as politics.
Major participants in the world of finance, business, and academy are Sin Sanghun former president of Shinhan Financial Group Co., Ltd., Son Jungju chairman of Welcome Financial Group Inc., Hwang Seongtaek president of Truston Asset Management Co., Ltd., Na Jaecheol former chairman of Korea Financial Investment Association, O Jongnam advisor of BNY Mellon Asia &Pacific and former executive director of IMF, Im Yongtaek former head of Jeonbuk Bank, Kim Honggyu chairman of Asin Group, and vice head of Korea Institute of Finance.
