Wanting to have a good time during night-time? Then kill the boredom in these 3 places located in Yeosu, where you can spend your night in a fun way!

Yeosu is a lively city located in the province of Jeollanam. Which has become a popular tourist destination in the present times. Not only because of its history, but also due to the countless entertainment you can find in this place.

Even if there are many things to do, we will introduce for now three places where you can have a bit of fun!

Jongpo Marine Park (여수밤바다)

Nothing better than having a peaceful stroll along the sea!

This place got to be the most famous among the list. Because when night comes, it starts getting full of people. But do not worry, you will not feel suffocated. Since the path is long and you will rarely find yourself in a crowd.

The reason to why a lot of people come to stroll, is of course because of the night sea. Which gets colored by the reflection of the vibrant lights. From both bridges and the path.

Plus there are a lot of resting areas. Such as benches and even tables! So you can sit there and have your dinner while having a nice view before your eyes.

In addition, this street is near to the famous Hamel Lighthouse (하멜등대). Which is a must-visit place in Yeosu.

We suggest you to start your stroll from there. Because in this area there are a lot of restaurants and street food vendors! So as you can imagine, it gets lively at night. A really good atmosphere.

As we mentioned before, we recommend to start your journey from the Hamel Lighthouse. Since there are a lot of things to see and food vendors. And that is the reason to why we put the map to this place.

How to get there: From Yeosu EXPO Station, you need to take bus no. 2. And wait for twelve stops. Then, you need to get off at the bus stop named ‘수정동사거리’. Where you will need to walk for around fifteen minutes.

Soho Dongdong Bridge (소호동동다리)

If you want to find a calm place in which you can clear up your mind, this is your best choice!

Since it is a beautiful beach trail. Where you can enjoy the sea of Yeosu while vibing at the rhythm of the waves. And it consists of 740 m.

Even if during the day it also looks like a nice place to stroll, in the night it is more charming due to the colorful lights that light up the path.

Also, there are some decorations at the exit. Where you can take some nice pictures.

Plus, this place recently became famous thanks to a K-Drama. Which it is called ‘Temperature of Love (사랑의 온도)’. So if you are a K-Drama fan, you might want to come and replicate the scene!

How to get there: From Yeosu EXPO Station, you need to take bus no. 6. And wait for ten stops. Then, you will need to transfer at the bus stop called ‘서시장’. Where you need to take bus no. 88 and wait for thirty eight stops. Then, you need to get off at the bus stop named ‘소호금호아파트입구’

As you can see, this place is far away. So you need to think whether is worthy or not.

Big-O Show (빅오쇼)

An interesting show worth seeing!

If you are bored, you might want to go to this show! Which is pretty fun due to the visual effects and great music they use. It kinda feels like if you were in a club.

It is a performance done in the sea. With loud music, water, fire and light effects. Which hypnotize you with the vibrant colors they use. Plus, they tell a story through holograms. Which makes the public interact.

Even though it is a little bit pricey, it is indeed worth the money. Because it is a fancy fountain show, in which you could not get bored.

How to get there: From Yeosu EXPO Station, you need to cross the street and walk straight in the mall, until you are out. There, you need to turn to your left and continue walking. You will eventually find the ticket booth.
